Structure & Collaboration System
OrionArc ENT. House is built with a flexible and gradual structure. In this early phase, all workflows are managed directly by the core team and supported by collaborators from diverse backgrounds. We don’t use a formal hierarchy, but we maintain a clear and accountable workflow.
🔹 Core Team
The core team is responsible for setting the overall direction of the project, making key decisions, and managing releases and external communication. It also acts as the main connector across creative disciplines.
Current Structure:
Founder & Project Coordinator – Oversees project development, strategic communication, and cross-functional coordination
Lead Artist (Peratian) – The first featured artist in OrionArc’s debut release; involved directly in shaping the music, identity, and early project representation
AI & Documentation Assistant – Supports writing, strategy structuring, and daily documentation tasks to improve efficiency
Additional roles will be added gradually based on project needs.
🔹 Collaboration System
We currently offer voluntary collaboration opportunities for various roles needed throughout OrionArc’s development. This system is designed to be inclusive, without formal recruitment — based on aligned direction and open communication.
Open collaborative roles include:
Visual Artists / Content Designers To assist in creating visuals such as teasers, covers, posters, or social media layouts.
Media Partners / Creative Account Managers To collaborate through joint content, release coverage, or content redistribution.
Documentation / Archive Contributors To help document the creative process, take notes, and share insights from the project journey.
External Talent (Musicians, Vocalists, Producers) For upcoming projects, we’re open to involving new musicians or creatives who want to release through OrionArc’s approach.
All collaborations are voluntary and non-financial, but are compensated with fair value through promotion, credited contribution, and public documentation.
🔹 Collaboration Principles
Open & Honest Communication Every collaboration is built on mutual trust and clear two-way communication.
Fair Non-Financial Compensation We offer meaningful forms of support — such as account/brand promotion, documented contribution, and formal credit in OrionArc publications.
Contribution Documentation All contributors will be acknowledged and listed in open documentation — via GitBook and other public-facing materials.
Flexible but Structured While our workflow is informal, all projects follow a structured process, shared timelines, and clearly defined agreements.
