Project Submissions & Involvement
This section is intended for individuals or collectives who wish to submit work or take part in upcoming OrionArc releases. We welcome collaboration with musicians, producers, and creators who share a compatible direction and work ethic. The submission process is kept simple, transparent, and grounded in real conditions.
🔹 Who Can Submit?
We currently accept submissions from:
Solo musicians or bands
Music producers or sound designers
Vocalists or songwriters
Creative collectives working across music & visual media
Audio-visual creators looking to co-develop a project
We’re open to all genres — but we prioritize works with clear narrative, character, and alignment with OrionArc’s approach.
🔹 What Can Be Submitted?
We accept a range of project types, including:
Original (unreleased) tracks
Rough demos with development potential
Collaborative projects combining music, visuals, or storytelling
Release ideas that need full-cycle development support
Your work doesn’t need to be 100% complete. We’re open to early-stage projects, as long as the direction and intent are clearly communicated.
🔹 Submission Format
Please prepare the following:
A preview link or audio file (rough demo is fine)
Short description of the project (goal, direction, or backstory)
Creator info (name/alias, brief background, contact details)
(Optional) Visual references, moodboard, or any relevant material
📩 Send your submission via email to:
contact@oaehq.com
Subject format: SUBMISSION – [YOUR NAME] – [PROJECT TITLE]
🌐 Or submit via our website: oaehq.com/contact
🔹 Review Process
All submissions will be reviewed manually. We aim to respond within 7–14 working days (or sooner). Not all projects will be accepted, but every submission will receive a fair and respectful response.
We mainly look at:
Whether the project aligns with OrionArc’s direction
The creator’s short-term commitment to the production process
The project’s visual or narrative development potential
🔹 Additional Notes
Free submission — no fees required
Accepted projects will be co-developed, not handed over entirely to OrionArc
All contributions will be properly documented and published through GitBook
