Roadmap
This roadmap outlines the development direction of OrionArc — from the initial phase to future expansion. Each step is designed to be realistic, scalable, and aligned with the project’s core vision. The progress is gradual and open to adjustments, depending on the team’s capacity and evolving needs.
🟢 Initial Phase – Starting July 2025
Status: In Progress
The main focus during this phase is to establish a solid foundation and release the first official work. Key activities include:
Debut Release Production The first track by our artist Peratian is currently in production. The focus is on content quality, creative direction, and a release approach that reflects OrionArc’s identity.
Visual Identity Development Initial visual concepts are being developed — covering color palette, content tone, teaser formats, and consistent visual direction.
Social Media Activation Instagram @oaehq is used as the primary platform to share updates, shape our narrative, and introduce the team and upcoming releases to early audiences.
GitBook & Whitepaper Preparation This GitBook serves as the open documentation and core reference for the project, including its vision, roadmap, working principles, and collaboration opportunities.
Media Partnerships OrionArc has begun early conversations and collaborations with independent media outlets — discussing content formats, coverage, and narrative alignment with the project’s values.
Opening Visual Collaboration Opportunities Non-financial collaborations are now open to visual artists, designers, and creators who wish to contribute voluntarily, with fair value offered through mutual promotion and credited involvement.
Release Preparation & Digital Distribution Technical preparations for music distribution are being made step-by-step — including platform setup, metadata, visual assets, and supporting communications.
🟡 Next Phase – Gradual Expansion
Status: In Planning & Adjustment
After the first release and initial communication channels are in place, OrionArc will begin to expand its scope with the following plans:
New Release Formats Exploring other formats like mini-projects, cross-creator collaborations, or standalone visual content that complements the core narrative.
Structured Collaboration System Building a more organized workflow — including defined roles, contribution tracking, and streamlined coordination.
Open Submission (Internally Curated) Opening limited submission channels for external artists or creators, curated based on alignment and available capacity.
Non-Financial Contribution Rewards Offering realistic incentives such as brand promotion, public acknowledgment, credited involvement, and internal creative access for collaborators.
Internal Ecosystem Building Developing long-term structures — including a core team, coordination systems, and an open-but-directed collective creative flow.
Extended Partnership Outreach Deepening collaboration with aligned media or organizations — for content co-creation, coverage, or public-facing campaigns that support the visibility of our releases.
